KEEPING YOUR WORKPLACE RUNNING OPTIMALLY

BAM Mechanical Provides Routine Rooftop Equipment Repairs and Maintenance

Rooftop HVAC Systems are highly efficient and offer building owners a wide variety of benefits. However, they also require regular servicing to keep them operating optimally throughout their lifetime. At BAM Mechanical, we specialize in the installation and maintenance of these specialized HVAC units with over 20 years’ experience working with commercial HVAC solutions. With that experience, we’re here to help you maintain your HVAC unit with ease.

One of the first things we recommend to commercial clients is to begin a service log, noting all air filter changes, service appointments and repairs. This log will assist you long term in monitoring maintenance, troubleshooting issues and keeping repair costs to a minimum.

Next, we recommend that you change your air filters every 3 months in order to keep the air quality within your building high. Once complete, you should schedule a service check seasonally with one of the licensed professionals at BAM Mechanical. During these service visits, we’ll conduct preventative maintenance as well as conduct diagnostic assessments to identify any possible issues within the system (see a brief list of our diagnostic assessments below). Depending on the condition of your system, we may also recommend a more in-depth service appointment annually.

Make Your Service Schedule Easier To Maintain

At BAM Mechanical, we understand how busy you are. That’s why we’ve developed an HVAC System Maintenance Plan to help ease the stress of keeping your system running smoothly. By signing up for the maintenance plan, we’ll monitor your service schedule for you — booking appointments with you regularly rather than the other way around.
