Q. HOW CAN I PURIFY THE AIR IN MY ENTIRE HOME?

We offer several different types of whole home air purification systems. They include HEPA systems that eliminate 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns, Ultraviolet lights that kills bacteria, viruses and germs or charcoal air filters.

Q. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY AIR FILTER?

Q. WHAT SIZE AIR CONDITIONER DO I NEED FOR MY HOUSE?

We consider several factors when sizing your air conditioner. Square footage, age of your home and air flow. We make sure you get the air conditioner size that best suits your needs.

Q. HOW LONG DOES A FURNACE TYPICALLY LAST?

On average the lifecycle of a furnace is around 15 years. Some other reasons to replace your furnace include age, frequency of breakdowns or even improper sizing.

Q. WHAT SIZE FURNACE DO I NEED FOR MY HOUSE?

We consider several factors when sizing your furnace. The size and age of your home, air flow, how many windows, insulation, and specific your requirements.

Q. DO I NEED A HUMIDIFIER IN MY HOUSE?

If your house humidity is lower than 30 percent, we recommend that you consider a humidifier. Your house relative humidity should be between 30 to 55 percent in the winter.

Q. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY FURNACE INSPECTION?

10 diagnostic checks included in the annual furnace maintenance plan, including:

  • Check Operating Pressures   

  • Check Temperatures across equipment

  • Check/Adjust Fan Belt   

  • Check Operation of Condensation System   

  • Test unit through full Operating Cycle    

  • Safety test for Carbon Monoxide   

  • Check Unit operating to Manufacturer’s Specifications

  • Check thermostat (functions, settings and location)

  • Inspect electrical connections/tighten clean as required

  • Check filter system

Q. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY AIR CONDITIONING INSPECTION?

10 diagnostic checks included in the annual air conditioning maintenance plan, including:

  • Check temperatures across equipment    

  • Check temperatures/air flow across condenser coil   

  • Check current draw on condenser motor and compressor

  • Inspect electrical connections/tighten clean as required

  • Test operation of condensation system and evaporator coil  

  • Test unit through full operating cycle   

  • Clean outdoor condenser unit (as required)

  • Clean evaporator coil drain line (as required)

  • Check thermostat (functions, settings and location)

  • Inspect evaporator coil
